Billions and billions of molecules you bring in with each breath have built your bones, sheaths of muscle, blood, brains, and organs.
Every 3.3 seconds another blast of unfiltered, unmoistened, and unheated air enters through the MOUTH. Drying the tongue, irritating my throat, and pissing off my lungs.

Mouth-breathing, it turns out, changes the physical body and transforms airways, all for the worse. Inhaling air through the mouth decreases pressure, which causes the soft tissues in the back of the mouth to become loose and flex inward, creating less overall space and making breathing more difficult. Mouth breathing begets more mouth breathing.

The first and one of the most important aspects of being optimal, longevity and feeling well is very simple, our Breath. We must be aware of our breath at all times, nasal breathing is crucial for everything that goes on inside our bodies, after all, we were created from our breath.
